My Client specialises in selecting only truly idyllic sites from some of the most sought-after locations in the home counties and realise the potential to transform that land into a home that a customer will want to live in for a lifetime. From secluded mansions to lavish apartments, my client combines modern, luxury living with the classic, timeless feel of a property that has matured alongside its surroundings.

•Extensive experience of managing packages of work on residential new build sites

•Experience managing high specification internal packages

•Management of subcontractors and direct labour workforce

•Delivering quality finished end product to time & budget

•Commercially aware, extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the construction process

•3+ years' experience

•CSCS & SMSTS certificates are essential
